Pilates builds core strength, flexibility and can be very therapeutic as well as a challenging workout.
We have mat pilates & pilates barre classes on the schedule. Both classes focus mainly on core strength and stability while working the entire body. You will feel stronger, longer, leaner in weeks of starting.
30 Minute Pilates Core Challenge is a core focused class designed to get you in and out in 30 minutes and get you the full body workout you are looking for. Prepare to feel the burn! Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8:30 am before the Intermediate Yoga Flow at 9:00 am.
Pilates Barre Sculpt uses a combination of ballet barre, hand weights, resistance bands, balls, rings and mat pilates to create a challenging full body workout. The class is meant to build strength, stability and balance with a core challenging focus. Tuesday and Thursdays at 8:30-9:25 am & 5:15-6:10 pm in Jan 2016.
We offer private and semi-private sessions on the reformer, chair and mat work. Jennifer uses Pilates holistically to help you achieve your goals.
She has experience working with children, special needs, adults, post physical therapy, disabilities and chronic pain and alignment issues. But also enjoys helping you feel stronger and getting a fun, mindful, workout! Please contact us with any questions or special needs you may have.
