Wild Spirit is a unique yoga studio. We are a 1940s bunk house in Old Town Tomball redesigned to a beautiful studio space. The look and feel of the studio is a serene and intimate space that offers a comfortable place to study and practice Yoga. We offer a variety of classes and immersion workshops to meet your individual needs. Beginner students or an advanced practitioner can find classes to suit your needs in the traditions of Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini Yoga as well as Pilates, Nia & Wellness classes.
Our goal is to offer our students an authentic, traditional yoga practice with experienced teachers and lots of one-on-one attention. We want students to experience the depth and layers of their practice and leave you feeling better than when you walked in
What We Offer
We offer a variety of yoga classes, for the beginning student to the more seasoned practitioner. Active yoga to gentle yin. Lots of classes to choose from.
We offer mat pilates classes as well as private and small group sessions on the Reformer, Chair and Barre. Pilates can be used to make a healthy body stronger as well as therapeutically to provide relief to chronic injury and pain.
Wild Spirit Yoga is a traditional Yoga studio that offers the local community yoga rooted in the tradition of Hatha Yoga. Located at the heart of Old Town Tomball, Wild Spirit Yoga is part of a revitalization project to bring life back to the local downtown business community.
